Chef Graham Beck graduated from the French Culinary Institute (FCI) in 2010. He has garnered his culinary skills at various, exclusive restaurants on Long Island, creating exceptional dishes all the while collaborating with some of the top chefs in the country. After spending 10 years working in various high-end restaurant kitchens, Chef Graham decided to venture out on his own, opening Food Nation Generation. Staying true to his classic French culinary training, Chef Graham has created a fusion-based menu for his Mobile Kitchen for you to enjoy.
